Bettina teaches dynamic Vinyasa with creative, flowing sequences. Her classes focus on mindful breathing as well as the jaw and facial area—drawing on her expertise as a jaw yoga instructor and speech therapist.
Gabi sees yoga as a path to self-love, mindfulness, and inner balance. As an occupational therapist, she brings a keen sense of the body and individual needs to her practice. In her classes, she creates a loving space where participants can find peace, become aware of their bodies, and discover their uniqueness.
Betty and Gabi guide people in respecting their limits and strengthening a mindful, compassionate connection to themselves. True to the spirit of “Self-Care is Self-Love.”
