Friday (arrival day):

Saturday:
7.30–9 AM * Yoga session with Nadine
9.30–10.30 AM * Breakfast together
10.30 AM * Short introduction to the afternoon breathwork session
11.00 AM - approx. 2.30 PM* Time for yourself
3.00 PM. - 5.00 PM * Breathwork session with Maria
6.00 PM * Dinner together
8.00 PM * Trance dancing
Sunday:
7.30 - 9.00 a.m. * Yoga session with Nadine
9.30 - 10.30 a.m. * Breakfast together
11.30 a.m. - 2.00 p.m. * Parasympathetic breathing session with Maria
