Useful information and booking conditions (Apartments)

  • Prices quoted are for 1-2 persons per day excluding local taxes and final cleaning charge
  • Local taxes: € 2.05 per person and night (from aged 15 years)
  • Short-stay supplement up to 3 nights € 10, - per day
  • Extra charge for 3rd and 4th person in Wasserfallblick and Alpenliebe € 20,--
  • Extra charge for 3rd and 4th person in Berg Ruf € 45,--
  • Extra charge for 5th and 6th person in Berg Ruf € 20,--
  • One-off final cleaning charge:
    Apartment Wasserfallblick or Apartment Alpenliebe € 35
    Apartment Bergruf € 50
  • Check in: from 15:00 | Check out: before 11:00 Uhr
  • Reception opening times: 8:00AM until 08:00PM
  • In order to make your booking a definite one, we ask for a deposit of 40% of the total price. Reservations are not guaranteed until receipt of this deposit.
  • Hotel bills can be paid using MasterCard, Visa, EC card or cash
  • Massages available (charge applies)
  • Breakfast buffet available for a supplement of €23 per person per day
  • Room Service is possible for an extra charge

Cancellation conditions

  • Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
  • Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival is free of charge.
  • If you cancel 4 weeks to 1 week before arrival, we will charge you 40% of the travel price.
  • If you cancel 7 days to 1 day before arrival, we will charge you 70% of the total travel price.
  • In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival, no-show or early departure, we will charge 100% of the travel price.
    These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the canceled rooms are re-rented in full or only in part.
