  • Prices quoted are per person per night excluding local tourist taxes, including breakfast (unless otherwise stated)
  • Local tourist taxes: €2.55 per person per night (from aged 15 years)
  • You can add the integrated kitchen for €10,-- per day excl. cleaning charge

  • To make your booking a definite one, we ask for a deposit of 40% of the total prize. Reservations are only guaranteed on receipt of deposit payment.

  • Additional breakfast per person: €23

Cancellation conditions

  • Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
  • Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival is free of charge.
  • If you cancel 4 weeks to 1 week before arrival, we will charge you 40% of the travel price.
  • If you cancel 7 days to 1 day before arrival, we will charge you 70% of the total travel price.
  • In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival, no-show or early departure, we will charge 100% of the travel price.
    These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the canceled rooms are re-rented in full or only in part.
