- Prices quoted are per person per night excluding local tourist taxes, including breakfast (unless otherwise stated)
- Local tourist taxes: €2.05 per person per night (from aged 15 years)
- You can add the integrated kitchen for €10,-- per day excl. cleaning charge
- Short-stay supplement up to 2 nights €10, - per day
- Check-in: from 15:00 | Check out: before 11:00
- Reception opening times: 8 AM - 9 PM (WED 8 AM - 5 PM)
- Minimum occupancy: 2

- To make your booking a definite one, we ask for a deposit of 40% of the total prize. Reservations are only guaranteed on receipt of deposit payment.
- Hotel bills can be paid by MasterCard, Visa, EC card (minimum €30) or cash
- Single occupancy supplement €45 per night
- Additional breakfast per person: €23
- including Nationalpark Sommer Card with numerous free entries and additional services in summer

Cancellation conditions
- Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
- Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival is free of charge.
- If you cancel 4 weeks to 1 week before arrival, we will charge you 40% of the travel price.
- If you cancel 7 days to 1 day before arrival, we will charge you 70% of the total travel price.
- In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival, no-show or early departure, we will charge 100% of the travel price.
These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the canceled rooms are re-rented in full or only in part.
