Major improvements are taking place after the 2018/2019 winter season. Isabella, who now helps in the managing the hotel, will be leading the new alterations of the hotel for future generations. This major building project involves completely renovating the entire hotel, right down to the homely “Gastsuben” rooms. The hotel will in future be a no-smoking hotel and its rooms and apartments will be especially suitable for those with allergies. It will be certified as the Hohe Tauern Health Hotel. In addition, a wellness & sauna area are to be built with views of the Krimml waterfalls, and a yoga room on the 3rd floor with an extensive range of yoga on offer. All of this under the motto: energy source of the Alps.
